Flexible Scheduling – Once purchased, you’ll receive Heidi’s training schedule to book your sessions when it works for you.
Availability:

Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM–10:30 AM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM
Pricing:
$350 for 10 sessions — just $35 per session for personalized, results-driven training.
